Online seminar Fremont, California United States
Event Listing
Summary:

Overview

This webinar provides a detailed look at recent trends and outlook for construction spending, materials costs and employment, nationally and by state. Rather than treating construction as a single industry or a simple split between residential and nonresidential, the webinar delves into the sharply differing trends and future drivers for single- and multifamily residential construction, 10 categories of private nonresidential construction, and the leading public categories-highway & street and educational, both K-12 and higher.

The recent strong growth in construction employment and sharp drop in unemployment are examined, along with evidence of current and likely shortages of skilled labor in different occupations. National employment data are disaggregated to show which states are experiencing the strongest growth and which are lagging. Evidence is provided on how pricing of new construction projects compares with changes in labor and materials costs, along with an examination of costs for specific inputs.

Summary:

Why should you Attend:

A brand-new aircraft comes with a warranty that will cover the operator’s unscheduled maintenance costs. Warranty coverage intervals vary by aircraft sector (e.g., airframe, Engines, Avionics) and, over time, aircraft maintenance will account for as much as 35% of your aircraft’s annual operating budget. The cost to maintain an aircraft varies by make / model and age, and its maintenance program is based on three parameters: flight hours; landings (what is also referred to as cycles); and the passage of time (due to calendar-based maintenance events). Scheduled maintenance will include "cost spikes," such as major airframe maintenance, and engine or Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) overhaul. Additionally, scheduled maintenance costs become less predictable as an aircraft ages, and unscheduled maintenance events can occur at any time and be very expensive.

Who Will Benefit:

Aircraft Owners, Operators, Buyers, Sellers, Financiers, Appraisers, and Insurers.

Senior corporate executives involved in the aircraft acquisition, operation and/or disposition process.

Flight Department Managers, including Directors of Aviation and Chief Pilots.

Aircraft Maintenance Managers.

Personnel involved in aircraft financing, including Credit Officers, Risk Officers, and Asset Managers

Summary:

Overview: This course covers a wide range of CPT coding concepts with numerous interesting and information examples from the instructor's over 15 years of experience and training over 1,000 certified coders. In addition, the presenter has practical knowledge in coding and billing teaching hundreds of live seminars worldwide. It starts with the basics such manual symbols, place of service codes and the organization of the CPT manual. It then covers the highlights for every section of the CPT manual. Key areas include E & M, surgical guidelines, OB/GYN rules, modifiers and the CPT appendices.

The goal here is to impart to billers, management and Providers the complexity and scope of the CPT manual using actual examples from each section. In addition, this course is a great introduction and review for medical coders. It does not require any prior knowledge of coding or billing. The take-away here is a solid foundation of CPT coding concepts with specific examples and how they relate to the bigger picture of compliance, accuracy and reimbursement.

Why should you attend: This course is the result of over 15 years of teaching coding and billing to Providers, coders, billers and management. It covers all the basic concepts of CPT coding with just enough detail to make it meaningful and memorable. It is especially useful for non-coders or beginning coders.
