Strategic Soft Skills SIG: Coaching & mentoring emerging leaders and executives to develop their capabilities in "C" suite thinking and leadership competencies

We are pleased to have our first meeting of 2013 on Wednesday February 27th.

Given the great and encouraging feedback from our meetings in 2012 we are pleased to offer Self Awareness & Social Skills in Stakeholder Management and the "Change Process".

This meeting will cover the key elements in managing change & what tools support effective stakeholder management. All SIG members will be given an opportunity to participate in a workshop forum and share their individual experiences of what has worked and what has not worked and any insights about dealing with change & stakeholder management.

All participants are encouraged to bring their workplace challenges they have where the panel can offer possible ways to deal with the diverse situations.

Our panel will include Gavin Norris (convenor), Ernest Stabek (Business CFO) & Jim Chambers (IT Strategy leader) who will address these issues and have a panel discussion on how change can be introduced & stakeholders managed effectively.

Our topics for 2013 will be around strategic soft skills, tools to manage stakeholders, change management et al.

Online registration is appreciated.

Light food and beverages will be provided.

Please note: This practical forum is limited to ACS practitioners who are currently in management positions or emerging leaders (e.g. potential CIO’s), program managers / project managers, architects, senior business analysts, relationship managers, people who deal with business, influence business, sell ideas to business; manage IT staff / teams. Places are stricly limited.
