Walter A. Hardenstine brings over thirty-five years of leadership and management experience to Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS. Mr. Hardenstine has held a number of management and senior management positions during an impressive career.

During the last eight years Walt has grown the Renaissance Executive Forum groups in Tampa Bay to a membership of over 46 of some of the areas most well respected and run businesses. With the help of his partner, Mark Rodriquez, the membership has a footprint that represents over $7 billion in revenue and over 11,000 employees for the combined member companies.
