Access to this section of the website is restricted to educators who are teaching undergraduate, graduate and professional-level students.
Information and materials have been contributed by leading law school professors throughout the country. In addition to sample syllabi and classroom exercises, there are materials for use by student-staffed clinical programs that provide assistance to entrepreneurs, small business owners and nonprofit organizations. There is also a limited access email listserv for sharing experiences and exchanging information.
