DGI is focused on stimulating interest and activity in Downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The organization maintains a listing of properties available for lease or sale and works closely with prospective investors for projects ranging from 1,000 square feet storefronts to ten acre mixed use redevelopment sites. DGI is governed by a 33 member Board of Directors and works closely with local government.

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) is a University-based economic development program which provides assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout Arkansas via a statewide network of seven offices.
