The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) is a University-based economic development program which provides assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout Arkansas via a statewide network of seven offices. As the state's premier business assistance program, the ASBTDC is dedicated to helping small businesses achieve success and to promoting economic development throughout the state.

The Greensboro Partnership Entrepreneurial Initiative cultivates a fertile environment for companies to start and grow in the Greater Greensboro Area by linking entrepreneurs with the critical resources they need to be successful. Our mission is to CONNECT entrepreneurs with the wealth of business resources in the area; to CHAMPION the philosophy of fostering an entreprenurial community; and to CREATE innovative programs, partnerships,and possibilities that will transform our regions economy.

BiD Network prepares emerging market entrepreneurs for investors. Entrepreneurs seeking USD 10,000 to USD 1 million can submit their business plans to BiD Network. High potential entrepreneurs are supported with coaching of their BP. BiD then matches the best entrepreneurs with investors. Over the last 4 years BiD has helped start over 300 businesses. In 2009 BiD brought USD 4 million in finance to 27 businesses.

To stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit on the MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) campus through enterprise initiatives that lead to economic, social, and intellectual value in our communities. We help emerging entrepreneurs with a dream along with existing companies and organizations to gain access to mentors, training, shared space, professional assistance, venture capital and other services that will move them onto the fast track to success.

The Central Texas Business Resource Center (the BRC) provides high-quality business counseling, training, and assistance to potential and existing small business owners, including the self-employed.

We provide start up and growth debt and equity capital for equipment, working capital, and growth expansion.

Assist communities, community leaders, public and private development organizations, and local governments as they work to improve the area's economy and quality of life. Serve the State of Arkansas, primarily the Delta region. Utilize the resources of Arkansas State University, higher education in the U.S., and a vast array of partners, including small business development experts.
