The Angel Capital Education Foundation (ACEF) is a charitable organization devoted to education and research in the field of angel investing, a growing driver of our entrepreneurial economy. Information, education, data, and research analysis is available to investors, entrepreneurs, policy makers, state and local entrepreneurial support professionals, university faculty and students, and others interested in learning more about angel investing.

Our vision is to foster “a society of economically independent individuals who are engaged citizens, contributing to the improvement of their communities.” In service of this vision, and in keeping with our founder’s wishes, we focus our grant making and operations on two areas: advancing entrepreneurship and improving the education of children and youth. We carry out our mission through four programmatic areas: Entrepreneurship, Advancing Innovation, Education, and Research and Policy.

Our mission is to strengthen the free enterprise system by investing in organizations and institutions that foster the entrepreneurial spirit. We do this in pursuit of our vision of a free enterprise society of economically independent citizens who support the entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to the improvement of their communities.

Small Business Federal Government Contracting ("Small To Feds") operates a free counseling service assisting small business in succeeding in the government contracting venue.

Small to Feds offers face to face consulting, books, reference materials and on-line private counseling, all free of charge.

DGI is focused on stimulating interest and activity in Downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The organization maintains a listing of properties available for lease or sale and works closely with prospective investors for projects ranging from 1,000 square feet storefronts to ten acre mixed use redevelopment sites. DGI is governed by a 33 member Board of Directors and works closely with local government.
