ExecutivePlan was created in June of 2010. At first it was a simple blog hosted on blogger.com. My intent was to help entrepreneurs by providing resources and answers to some of the most common problems faced by many small business owners.
In late July I made the pivotal decision to bring on my younger brother to help me develop the blog and the business. For the next 3 months we made a lot of mistakes together as we developed our niche. During this time it became apparent that we needed to focus on the initial purpose of the website. Finally in late November after creating hundreds of articles, videos, guides, templates and more all related to the business plan executive summary, we started to see some great results. Our work started to rank highly on the search engines and we were driving some consistent traffic to the blog.
Then in December we decided to take a major strategic step and transfer our blog from the Blogger.com platform to the more powerful WordPress platform that we use today.
Now we are simply working to continue to provide you, the entrepreneur, with the best content available in order for you to create an executive summary that is more powerful, effective, and memorable….
