La Giraudiere is being restored and at the same time being converted into a place where school children of primary school age can come and learn about France and the French way of Life. Scool trips is only one of La Giraudieres' goals. This year internships will be added for non french nationals plus a language program for French nationals and of course this volunteers program will contiue for evermore.
So, a Volunteers' Program for those wanting to help; Internships for those wishing to acquire knowledge and skills for life; and School Trips for primary school children to learn about France and the French way of life. Last year, 2011, saw the foundations laid for the School Trips to France website, and to date we have already opened our doors for school trips and groups from the UK and the USA.
