- Energy & Commerce: Congressman Fred Upton (MI)
- Budget: Congressman Paul Ryan (WI)
- Ways & Means: Congressman Dave Camp (MI)
- Appropriations: Congressman Hal Rogers (KY)
- Financial Services: Congressman Spencer Bachus (AL)
- Judiciary: Congressman Lamar Smith (TX)
- Education & Labor: Congressman John Kline (MN)
