Anita Campbell describes the power of YouTube and the effect it can have by sharing the story of Dave Carroll and his 4-minute song "United breaks guitars" which has received over 2 million views and +12K comments—most of which are somewhat negative toward United Airlines.

The power of Youtube is unbelievable - of course for pushing new projects an websites... There are a lot of tools outside, that autmatically post new videos, to get more user on the site...

Hmm...they are saying that the dot com burst had to do with our economic situation right now?

Also, opening the company books can also show employees that you don't make a killing like they think you do!
