As you're getting your daily dose of blog news, be sure to add Social Dimension to your list. This new blog on technology news site Wired.com is written by Kauffman Foundation Senior Scholar, Samuel Arbesman, and delves into the mathematics behind understanding society and civilization. In his blogging, Samuel will use math to help people understand different aspects of society, including how scientific discoveries are made and how ideas spread around the world. I'm excited to see and be a part of the dialogue Samuel sparks relative to applied mathematics and its relation to innovation and ideation.

He's already got the conversation going around a grouping of digits that will be celebrating their 50th birthday next year. Check out The Fractal Dimension of ZIP Codes.

is a very good method of Kauffman Foundation! I've been learning many interesting things with them and I recommend everyone who can afford a few minutes of their lives to add knowledge to you, one thing I learned, if you have something that our brain is never tired of learning! elite11
