Patrice Barber, President of Taylor Made Small Biz Inc, an international inbound marketing consulting firm, is a serial entrepreneur and award winning business leader, having led teams across the US, Europe, and Japan. TMS supports clients in the US , Canada, Pakistan, and Australia, providing online and mobile marketing strategies, marketing systems implementation, cloud- based CRM and is a certified partner and VAR for Adobe.
Her 20+ years of experience includes P&L accountability in IT Program Management, Software Development, Operations management, Financial Services, Marketing & Sales, leading technical teams of over 25 direct reports and enterprise-wide implementations with over 300 team members.
Previously she was VP of consulting services at ABT Corp (Fortune 500 sold in 2000) growing revenues to $10M for the western region, President of two financial services companies, co-founder and COO for another two financial services startups sold to partners, and President of Taylor Made Solutions an Enterprise Program Management consulting firm providing consulting and management of multi-year enterprise IT implementations for Fortune 100 and 500 companies with project budgets up to $6M. Having led teams across three continents, her experience in team development in both domestic and international markets makes her an indispensable leader.
Her business achievements bridge multiple startups, as well as serving over 550 entrepreneurs in their business development, internet marketing, mobile marketing systems and strategies. Additionally she has worked with 35 Fortune 500 clients including Intel, Oracle, Jeppesen (Boeing), Echostar (DISH network) and Qwest telecommunications. Her career began in semi-conductor manufacturing at Texas Instruments.
Patrice is passionate about giving back to the community. In addition to speaking on entrepreneurship, mobile marketing, women in business, and winning strategies for inbound marketing and client retention, she has presented as keynote for various associations, chambers of commerce, leadership groups, and corporate events to audiences of 30 to 500 since 1998. Most recently her firm Taylor Made Small Biz was selected as one of the subject matter experts for the US Department of Labor to provide the content for the entrepreneurship portion of the national Transition Assistance Program ( TAP) for US soldiers returning home.
She has served as a Board member on multiple for- profit and non-profit boards, Water and Fire districts, was a founding member of Presbyterian Foundation of Boulder with over $500,000 in grants, and Montessori Peaks Charter School foundation.
