Pitch Competition

The pitch competition is an opporunity for you to pitch your startup in front of investors and other entrepreneurs. Five companies will be chosen to pitch their idea live during the conference. To participate in the Pitch Competition please click here.

Pitch Judges (more to be announced)

Jay Jameson (Partner, Blue Run Ventures)

Jay Jamison joined BlueRun Ventures in November 2010 and is based in Menlo Park. He focuses on early stage mobile, consumer and enterprise opportunities. Jay has 12 years of product management and marketing experience in the software and internet industry. Jay also successfully founded and led Moonshoot, a venture backed online English education service for children.

Marlon Nichols (Associate Director, Intel Capital)

Marlon Nichols started his career in the software industry where he successfully led the deployment of many global enterprise software and business process improvement initiatives for Fortune 100 enterprises. During his time as a technologist, Marlon played a key role in the European expansion of a Cambridge based software company. After completing his MBA degree at Cornell Marlon joined Intel Capital as an Associate Director. Marlon actively works to identify, invest in, partner with, and advise early stage high growth companies that operate in the digital media and consumer internet sectors.

Startup Clinic Mentor Sessions

The Startup Clinic will allow entrepreneurs to meet one on one with investors and prominent entrepreneurs to receive feedback on their startup and pitch. Signups for Startup Clinic will be on the day on the event at registration.

Who should attend?

Anyone working in technology, from early-stage startup to corporate to investments. Anyone who is thinking about starting a startup, or has a general interest in technology and innovation. This includes but is not limited to: engineers, entrepreneurs, designers, product managers, marketers, business development, and investors.

We're a diverse group on entrepreneurs and our conference is open to everyone.
