ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Conventional wisdom tells us that great products sell themselves, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. If you’re developing a new product, your work is just beginning once the product itself is finished. In this class, you’ll learn techniques for how to create and implement a multi-platformed marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain consumers.
Conduct usability testing to optimize customer activation
Match metrics to business types
Create a customer oriented culture and build a vibrant community
Increase referrals among current customers and use social media graphs to increase virality
PREREQS & PREPARATION
Students will need to come prepared with questions about current problems they are facing with their marketing efforts.
Students should identify their one metric based on this framework (we will discuss in class).
