Yet, over the last several years, Agile techniques are being applied to increasingly larger and more complex environments. From the largest telecom in Europe to the largest DotCom in the UK, to the FBI's largest system ever. But how does self-organization work for a thousand people? How can you possibly run an large program without any documentation or architecture? In this illuminating session, you will learn both recent trends as well as actionable tips for growing out of small Agile to big Agile.
About the Speaker:
Jesse Fewell is a writer, coach, and trainer for LeadingAgile.
