Building a Revenue Model is as Easy as 1-2-3 is taught by Lili Balfour, founder of Atelier Advisors. She uses her 20 years of experience in technology M&A, private equity, and most recently early-stage investment banking, to delivery an interactive, easy-to-understand approach to building revenue models.
This course is hand's on and participants will leave with the tools needed to create a basic revenue model designed to increase revenue, profitability and visibility.
The course will teach entrepreneurs how to develop:
revenue and expense assumptions to determine the right pricing strategy
performance metrics to track success
an estimate of their company's valuation
a financing strategy that matches their company's growth and risk profile

12:00 to 1:00 Lunch
1:00 to 3:00 Valuation + Funding strategy
All levels are welcome. The entrepreneur only needs an idea of what type of product or service he or she wants to offer. Past participants ranged from companies at the idea stage to companies already generating revenue.
All participants will receive a 90-minute follow up session to review and fine-tune their project. The 90-minute review session will be scheduled at the participant's convenience.
