Each year, VLAB features panels of smart, creative, and bold individuals with the potential to disrupt the incumbent companies of Silicon Valley. Much like upstarts such as Google and Facebook in the 2000s supplanted Bay Area stalwarts such as Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems, and 3Com from the 1990s, our February “Young Entrepreneurs” event will feature startups with founders born in the 1980s and even in the 1990s vying for an opportunity to challenge the current Silicon Valley elite; and maybe one day join them.

Although under 30, these innovators and venture capitalists have accomplishments and experience, well beyond their years. They are poised to impact the world, now, and in the years to come. People of all ages can learn, as our dynamic panelists tell their start-up stories - the trials, the tribulations and the triumphs.

Panelists:

- Eric Migicovsky, CEO and Founder of Pebble Watch

- Cameron Robertson, Founder of Apigy and Maker of Lockitron

- Ernestine Fu, Venture Capitalist at Alsop Louie

- Matt Mullenweg, Co-Founder of Wordpress, Founder of Automattic, Founder and Principal of Audrey Capital

Cost of Attendance: $15.00 - $50.00
