Our coming per-up event #5 is taking off and we are happy to invite you to participate. Following members request for having additional lecture by Eyal Bar Zvi, adv. the next meeting will start with the legal topics mentioned below.
Unlike our previous events, the next session will be dedicated to enable the participants to pitch and have speed-dating with the other members that are relevant for you, if you would like to pitch yourself, please email us with your request with a short brief.
To support this part of the meeting, each participant will receive, at the beginning of the event, a list of the best match-ups that we will find suitable according your definitions and needs. For that purpose we prepared a short questionnaire required for the matching tool. Please make sure you fill up the form unless you already did at the last event.
Following the last lecture, on how to regulate your relationship with the other co-founders, it's time to address the investors. What legal terms are they after? What percentage of ownership should they receive? What kind of investors are there? the investors can be tough, but their proposal is also negotiable. We have asked Adv. Eyal Bar-Zvi to come once again to our meet-up, and discuss with us the process of negotiating a term-sheet for an investment, and the main terms of a share purchase agreement (the full investment agreement), and the customary terms the different investors usually request.
