At our second event Nic Haralambous and David Perel will debate what type of skills early-stage startups (pre-launch or just after launch) should hire first. Should you focus on building a sales team, or spend more time and money on design/development of the product?
On the surface this is a debate about hiring, but it's more than that. It's about priorities. It's about figuring out what's more important for a startup during the early stages: building a great product, or selling what you have to achieve faster growth.
