Do you have a high-tech, high-growth business idea? Then join us for TechStart Essentials
We know how exciting it is to have a great idea. Now for the biggest challenge- bringing a great idea to market. The TechStart team helps high-tech, high-growth startups evolve innovations into real products. Is your idea in the area of IT, Life Sciences, Advanced Material or Renewable Energy? Is it unique, defendable and scalable with the potential for rapid growth? If so, then the TechStart Essentials program is an important first step in our engagement process.
This free program will cover areas critical in launching your business idea such as funding and legal issues; creating a lean start up; writing an effective business plan and developing your company pitch. You will also have the chance to hear from individuals that have worked with and started successful companies.
On Friday, you will give a five minute pitch and get honest and productive feedback from attendees and members of the TechColumbus team.
If you have not done so already, please go through the following steps to be considered for mentoring and funding assistance through the TechStart program:
Fill out the “engage now” form giving us basic information about your company: ENGAGE
Submit your 2 to 3 page Executive Summary utilizing our executive summary template : Executive Summary
Attend a TechStart Essentials program offered once a month
Pitch your business idea during Friday’s session
