According to a new paper from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, development spearheaded by entrepreneurs and startups could create a "virtuous circle" of growth and reform to overcome violence and weak governance in Pakistan and other fragile states where traditional development programs have failed.
With all eyes on the anticipated House approval of the JOBS Act (the Senate passed a modified version last week 73-26), several hearings are still on our radar screen for the week ahead.
