Enterprenuers get the experience and ability at their former places of employment, they gain insight on possibly doing it better then their former employer (build a better mouse trap) or get the attitude that if "they" can do it, so can " I" . As Leonardo Da Vinci said education is great but there's nothing like experience. So if jobs are created so are future enterprenuers. Steve Jobs did'nt succeed all by himself, there were many insights by many individuals that he was able to pull together and luckily for all of us he had the ability to trasfer all of that to the rest of the world. I'm sure that there's someone today eighter working for an employer or getting an education that could possibly be the next steve jobs...or at least striving to be....it's possible that we might never hear of that person but in their "trying" to achieve ..there's others coming up behind them....let's all hope that the future of mankind improves the life of all individuals

Entrepreneurs is also an innovator. Research is an effort to turn Money into Idea, Innovation is an effort to turn Idea into Money. That is why the entrepreneurs ........birth the new, create jobs and create wealth.
