According to the Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity, the rate of entrepreneurial activity among immigrants declined slightly in 2009 over 2008, from 0.53% to 0.51%, but rose among native-born entrepreneurs -- from 0.28% in 2008 to 0.30% last year.
