The list is organized geographically, state by state, and the District of Columbia, in alphabetical order, and each clinic entry includes a link to their specific website.
The scope of matters handled by these clinics varies significantly. While many clinics deal primarily with formation and other transactional work for small and emerging for profit businesses, other areas of assistance include: intellectual property protection, technology commercialization, community economic development, nonprofit organization formation/operations and social economic justice.
