In addition to the governmental agencies with helpful resources for entrepreneurs and innovators accessible through links provided in the Other Resources-General Information Re: Legal Issues and Forms section of this website, there are many help centers/networks throughout the country, on a national, regional and local scale. For example, the Kauffman Foundation, in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Missouri-Kansas City Henry W. Bloch School, has sponsored “KCSourceLink” (see http://www.kcsourcelink.com/ ) as a valuable tool connecting entrepreneurship facilitators and resources in the Kansas City region which won the U.S. Department of Commerce’s 2007 Excellence in Economic Development Award for Enhancing Regional Competitiveness.
