This week we looked at how women entrepreneurial businesses are growing twice as quickly as the national average for all startups. One women entrepreneur that has helped in this growth over the past two years is entrepreneur Kate Friedman, owner of Atelier Shoes. We also uncovered that female entrepreneurs are not the only ones to see a spike in startup growth, baby boomers are too. To help keep this entrepreneurial boom going, we reviewed 5 ways small business owners can wake-up dormant customers such as providing incentives and using social networking to reconnect. And lastly, we took a look at Gary Schoeniger’s, Founder/CEO of The Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative, trip to Tech Town’s 2010 FastTrac to the Future conference. Highlighting Clifton Taulbert’s speech about his Uncle Cleve and how he owned the icehouse. To stay up-to-date on innovative entrepreneurial news, sign up for the HiveFire Feed.
