A Formula For Sales Success

Like every salesperson, I have a set quota I'm responsible for meeting each month. The difference is, it's self-imposed since I'm my own boss. Small-business owners might be happy to learn there is a formula to help you reach your goals consistently each month. It does require some work on your part. While the formula itself is universal, application of the activities required within the formula varies depending on each salesperson or entrepreneur's skill level.

While most sales organizations have a set quota for their salespeople, many don't outline the activities required to reach the quota. Unless you know what activity is required to reach your goals, there's no way to reach quota and attain the rest of your goals consistently.
