What kinds of lawyers do entrepreneurs need?

What kinds of lawyers do entrepreneurs need?

Early-stage entrepreneurs and startups typically need to work with at least two types of lawyers:

  1. Corporate lawyers - They set up the structure of a business.
  2. Intellectual property lawyers - They help your company protect unique attributes like technologies or other patentable processes.
