At the moment, the Leiden Bio Science Park is the leading cluster in Bio Science in the Netherlands. But how about outside the Netherlands? Leiden University is at the moment the leading Dutch university in the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking. Amongst others, the high degree of collaborations with international research groups contributes to this. But how about the Research Based Business that has found its foundation in the Leiden Area? How big an impact does this have in international respect? And is this only in the field of Bio Science, or has other Research also extended its fame abroad?
