CIOCFO Roundtable Event

AG is pleased to present a CIO/CFO Roundtable event on April 30th. This session, which will feature the Dave Webb, CIO, Equifax, Mark Chapman, CFO, Vendormate and Jim Morgan, CFO, Liaison Technologies, will provide insight into the dynamic interactions that occur at the CIO/CFO level.

Jim Morgan, CFO, Liaison Technologies

Jim oversees all aspects of Finance and Administration including financial planning, reporting and analysis, investor relations, and human resources and capital management. Previously, he was CFO at nuBridges, which was acquired by Liaison in March 2011.

Prior to nuBridges, Jim directed finance and administration at CMI Marketing, a loyalty marketing company backed by DFJ and Highland Capital that develops and administers cross category loyalty and social networking programs. Before CMI, Jim worked at Goldman, Sachs and Co. in the Fixed Income Division, where his clients included large mutual funds and insurance companies. He was also a financial analyst for The Walt Disney Co., working with the company's various business units.

Jim holds an MBA in Finance from The Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.

Dave Webb, CIO, Equifax

David (Dave) Webb is Chief Information Officer for Equifax, with responsibility for the company's global technology strategy, operations and support for the delivery of the company’s innovative solutions.

Webb, a 30-year veteran of the IT and financial services industries, joined Equifax from Silicon Valley Bank where as COO he led the company's IT strategy to support its global expansion, drove revenue and productivity initiatives through the effective use of technology. In addition, his responsibilities included oversight for IT, banking operations, outsourcing and off-shoring efforts, facilities, physical and information security, performance management, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.

Mark R. Chapman, Chief Financial Officer, Vendormate, Inc.

Mr. Chapman brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, financial and operational leadership to Vendormate, Inc. In his roles as CFO for pre-revenue start ups to $100+ million annual revenue companies, Mr. Chapman has led all aspects of finance, accounting, HR, legal, operations, and IT. Throughout his career, he has raised more than $125 million in equity, debt and mezzanine financing for his companies. In addition he has been on both the buy-side and sell-side of multiple M&A transactions, both domestic and international. Prior to his roles as CFO, Mr. Chapman was an audit manager in the technology practice of KPMG's Atlanta office. A 1987 graduate of Auburn University, he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (accountancy honorary), Omicron Delta Kappa (national leadership honor society) and a 4 year letterman for the university's baseball team. In June 1987, Mr. Chapman was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers, starting a 6 year professional baseball career, ending with the Montreal Expos organization in 1992. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and was a finalist for Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2011 CFO of the Year Award.
