A crash course on how to select a VC, approach a VC, deal with VC's, understand Term Sheets and funding rounds.

About the Course

This class is about teaching people about venture capital, (and other sources of capital), in doing so it will help them understand why different investors look for different things, how to get meetings with them, what they want to hear, and how they want to hear it.
