This is an internal talk for Aman UI & Design and we have only 8~ extra seats.

The (not so) latest buzz in the s/w industry is Agile & Scrum, but there is much more to it than a buzz. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise ;)
In this talk i will explain the origins of agile, the paradigm shift and the motivation to consider a more agile approach to s/w development.
It will cover the basics of Agile and Scrum, The agile manifesto, the roles, ceremonies and artifact defined in Scrum.
The talk takes about 1 hour including short time for discussion.
About me: I am an experienced software engineer, with both training and coaching experience.
