Discover the science and technology that is rapidly changing what we eat. This will be less of a typical Refresh event, and more in the style of a TED event. Top chefs will be demonstrating how they use modern technology to innovate in the food industry.

There will be 2 ticket types (you will need to register on eventbrite).
General Admission: Free (but you don't get to sample food)
VIP ($25): You get reserved seating in first 2 rows and you get to sample all the food being made.
Format for the event:
Travis will show you a dish that looks complex, tastes delicious, but you can make at home.
Giorgio will be demonstrating 2-3 more complex dishes that blend high tech cooking techniques with modern foods.
Chuck will be demonstrating how his startup uses liquid nitrogen to make custom ice cream on demand.
