The Best of GA London: Design

With over 200 classes, workshops and events under our belt, GA London has been holding it down in Clerkenwell, just above White Bear Yard.
This New Year, we're honoring our resolution to hang out in Shoreditch more often and so we're holding our second event at Google Campus after our standing room only event in January. This time, we're bringing you the best of our offerings in all things design.

Derrick Grant is an interactive designer with over 10 years of experience working with digital design. His experience includes developing computer games with Sony, working as a lead designer for Skype and helping the Discovery Channel launch the rebrand of their flagship site. As well as blue chip companies he's spent time working with various start-ups around London consulting on design UX and business metrics.
Anna Dahlström is an IA and UX designer focused on strategic UX and cross channel experience. Originally from Sweden but based in London since 2006 she left Dare in February 2011 where she was as an Experience Lead to begin freelancing and has spent most of her time since then working on BBC Sport Olympics as well as a startup. She’s been published in .net Magazine and recently spoke at EuroIA, Internet Week Europe and the Polish IA summit.
Jo Hoy understands the power of the user's experience, and with 15 years practice (including running a couple of agency floors), Jo knows how to make work that works. Currently freelance developing software IA, Jo is practicing what she preaches in an investment bank; a corporate & Lean collision!Devin is a London based designer and tech entrepreneur.
Devin Hunt has founded three companies including Lyst.com and Dex.io. He has also worked with a variety of brands - like Vice Magazine, Disney Imagineering, and BERG - to build some awesome stuff. He speaks about design, development and building products at startup scale.
