You may think that a tech blogger’s life is a glamorous whirl of free lunches, great gadgets and being bought drinks at conferences. If so then you are probably following the wrong bloggers. In fact, it’s more like a long round of typing, getting annoyed with PRs and founders and then some more (louder) typing.
So how do you make bloggers pay attention to your startup? Why is creating a relationship with journalists so important and why should you write about things that are not related in any way to your app or startup and how will that help you.
Yaniv will talk about how to approach bloggers and journalists, how to pitch your story to them and how to manage your continues relationship with the tech media to your advantage.
