Powerful Presentations

This series will show you how to break through the massive amount of noise by communicating and presenting your ideas, businesses, products, and services in more compelling ways.

Think beyond the formal presentation, though we’ll cover that too, and consider the opportunities you have to communicate to others about what you do, why you do it, and why a customer or investor should engage with you. From first impressions to venture pitches, consider ways to capture the attention and interest of your audience (of one or many), put your best foot forward, and take steps to guarantee success for you and your company.

For about 25 years I’ve been in tech support, customer support and sales support roles, where I became kind of the “go to” guy for giving product demos. They came to me because I was able to take very complex subjects and make them fun and light and people would buy. And so for the last five years, I’ve been traveling all over the world working with people like yourselves to help you get your message to a point where investors will actually want to take action. And with that I’ve helped companies raise big rounds of $19 million for Wii video, $4.5 million for Glue Networks up in Sacramento. So I either help people win awards, raise money or captivate audiences of all sizes and shapes.

I’m Nathan Gold, Chief Coach, at The Demo Coach. I come from San Francisco. I spend my days and my nights coaching people, just like you, for high stakes presentations.

In this series I want you to think beyond the formal presentation and consider the opportunities you have to communicate to others about what you do, why you do it, and why investors and customers should engage and support you. Consider ways to capture the attention and interest of your audience and take those steps to guarantee positive outcomes for you and your business.
